I think I have seen every vet in the office and they are all very kind and address my concerns with patience. They also guided us through having to put one of my dogs down and the entire staff was amazing through it all. Their prices are a lot lower than other places. Like any doctors office, sometimes there’s hardly any wait and some days you’ll be there a couple hours. Would recommend to a friend.

Much needed restaurant type in Oak Ridge.
First time I went there was yesterday. I came in and the owner didn’t recognize me and steered me into getting a brisket with sides. He served me, gave me a sauce. When I asked if the sauce had pork he said no but realized my side of beans had pork. I didn’t tell him about my pork restriction so I just asked for it to-go to give to my folks. He insisted on giving me another side free of charge.
Not only that, but when a regular came in the owner asked if he wanted his usual. He wanted something different, the owner came around from the register to look at the board and help him order.
It’s certainly not the fanciest place by a long shot, but that doesn’t mean dirty.
It may be simple in design/layout, but the work ethic, quality, & passion is undeniably there.
Definitely gonna tell my friends and family to try their food.

It’s a great local spot No Frills classic deli. We ordered the steak in a sack “all the way” with fries and it was a hearty and delicious lunch.. Staff is super friendly and eager to make sure the food is great! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quick bite midday. I’ll be coming back for the chuckwagon next time!

Their food selection is extensive, service is always prompt, food is fresh & flavorful & they are happy to cook food for you to meet your special request-I always ask for my main entree to be cooked with no added oils. They’re happy to oblige! They’ve been in business for over 40 years & have a large number of out of State people that come to The New China Palace on a regular basis. If you like curry, try their Chicken curry (see pic)

Outside of the amazing coffee and the food being so delicious that I can get my picky toddler to eat almost everything there without a fight; the staff are amazing, laid back people that keep me coming back. I've always had a perfect cup of coffee! When they were doing their Valentine's Day cards they even gave an extra for my little dude. The seasonal drinks are amazing and give a fabulous break from my regular double torture. I'd have to say it's the best coffee place in Oakridge.
