Unfortunately, the local post office number was unavailable, which would have saved me time from visiting the Oliver Springs Post Office in person. Initially, I was upset, but MK at the post office greeted me with a smile and handled the situation professionally. She went above and beyond my expectations by driving out to my address to retrieve the packages. Her professionalism, kindness, and handling the situation is what customer service is all about. ?”
