“Got an appointment for 3 new passports and I was out in 20 minutes, best service. Sandy has great service, 5 stars to her alone!
In the past I had anther appointment for another passport and it was the same, great experience.
I saw bad reviews here and I thought I should share my experience. This place doesn't do any shipping or postage, which is announce all over the place and also online.”
“Friendly and competent. Good location. Be aware if you need face to face help it can be up to a 20 minute wait as not enough clerks are present in the lobby on a regular basis.”

“I recently received packages delivered to our mailbox in Oliver Springs, but the key cylinder was broken, preventing me from accessing the box. Unfortunately, the local post office number was unavailable, which would have saved me time from visiting the Oliver Springs Post Office in person. Initially, I was upset, but MK at the post office greeted me with a smile and handled the situation professionally. She went above and beyond my expectations by driving out to my address to retrieve the packages. Her professionalism, kindness, and handling the situation is what customer service is all about. ?”

“Definitely the nicest post office I’ve been to. I have moved a lot in the last few years and this branched helped me get everything consolidated to a single address. Quite a nice welcome!”
