“Not at all busy. Plenty of parking for PO Box customers and those needing counter help. Gentleman was friendly and very helpful in helping me get my package boxed up and sent off.”

“Use this place regularly and this is one of my favorite ones because the Dropbox is larger than most post offices and allow for bigger packages to be placed in. They are not as big as the main post office drop boxes of middlebrook but there's not another one around that has this size.”

“Great service here. I mailed over 19 boxes to Maui, Hawaii and everyone who helped me at the counter was so kind and personable. I made a new friend, Rhonda, who helped me with the majority of my boxes. She never made me feel hurried and got me in and out a lot faster than I thought. As a customer, I just want them to know I appreciate them.”

“These guys are always so knowledgeable. I witnessed other customers coming to them because they apparently didn’t get the answers they needed from the other Post Offices. I live in North Knoxville but I go out of my way to Weisgarber because I trust these guys more than any other Post Office.”

“Our mail has been delayed due to slippery roads from the winter storm. Today I went in to check for a package I needed before leaving the next day and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! With everything going on, and other people wanting to get their mail picked up, Kelly assisted me and others with getting our mail and packages! Thank you Kelly and everyone else at our local USPS location for all of your hard work!”

“Great customer service from the woman working there. She helped me when I wasn't sure how to ship out an item since they were out of small flat rate boxes.-1 star because the USPS supplies are minimal.”

“Everybody loves to dunk on the post office, but I was in there right after Christmas when it was packed, and I waited behind:-Multiple people trying to drop off FedEx packages, and not understanding that that's a different service-Someone trying to carefully wrap a gift at the counter with a dozen people waiting behind them-Someone who literally did not know the address they were trying to ship to-Multiple people annoyed that the employees wouldn't tape their packages for them, or provide free tapeAnd despite all of that, the counter workers were courteous to everyone.”

“Gotta give everyone working there today (12/16/23) a major shout out. Our local post office on Asheville Hwy closed unexpectedly during business hours.. on the deadline for shipping Christmas gifts… so we went to this location. And so did about 30 other people. 10 minutes before closing and the line was out the door. The guy with the red hair was helping people in line and the 2 ladies behind the counter worked as quick as they could. These employees deserve extra recognition for their hard work today!”

“Very easy to buy some and mail your packages. Handicap parking up front. The interior counter doesn't open until 8:30 so watch your arrival time. Two friendly ladies working the front today”

“This is my favorite post office in Knoxville hands down. The employees are super friendly and they always greet and remember you by face. The only thing that can be a hassle would definitely be parking. At peak times it can be near impossible to get a parking spot.”

“USPS E Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37950-I needed some help in connection with a passport. Dustin provided efficient and professional service to me, and I am extremely grateful. I also observed his co-worker cheerfully helping another customer when I arrived. I wish all post offices in the U.S. were like this one. Thank you Dustin!”
