I haven't experienced anything with my unit, as of yet, as I won't be moving in until Wednesday on the 15th of October this year. D'Letia and TJ were very patient and very helpful with walking me through everything to get the application done. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. I'm a senior citizen and I am not Tech savvy whatsoever. I want to give a big shout out to them for helping me, being very kind, and very helpful. They are terrific employees!”
