“Great storage facility as long as you don't have a job hours of 10 to 3 are extremely hard when you have to work so keep those hours in mind when renting and then even with those hours you have to even get them to come into the office and then that makes it that much harder to rent from them”

“As good a storage as you could want. I’m not sure if they have climate controlled spaces. Most do and this place has lots of spaces. Plenty of room to maneuver the vehicle, too. Gated with a keypad entry.”

“What a great experience. When we needed to relocate to another house in Oak Ridge, we were able quickly access a large, dry, and secure, unit at a great price. We had plenty of storage space to temporarily house most of our belongings, for several months (longer than originally anticipated, as usual), while we made sheetrock dust modifications to the new house. It made the transition so much easier knowing that our valuables were safe and clean somewhere else conveniently closeby, in case we needed quick access - 24/7. The friendly staff were always on hand to speak with, and worked with us on how long we needed to store our items, through the whole transition! Thanks Briarcliff Storage!!
