“We love Dicks and go here quite often whether we are looking for school shoes, softball gear or even some new Nike Pro gear. I love that the staff is ALWAYS the greatest. I have twin tween girls. They are picky...so picky and so indecisive. The staff are always right there to help whether we can't find a size we need or just have a question. They can be found nearby and ready to do what they can to help. I greatly appreciate their patience when they have to go pull a pair of shoes from the back, only for my child to change their mind and then need something else. But regardless they have always treated us with patience, kindness and are always very friendly! They also always have a solution for us. They don't have the shoes we are looking for (or size) they order it and have it delivered to my house a day or 2 later.
It's just always top notch customer service with a great attitude!
Dicks will always be our first stop for anything we need that they offer because it's always such a great experience. We also had a very kind cashier today who was just delightful. Thank you for always providing a great shopping experience it really does make a huge difference!”

“My friends and I had a great time at this bowling alley. The staff was very accommodating, especially Giada and Dallas. We had a some questions and they answered all of them. We also had a few issues, but they were quick to address them - with efficiency and a little humor thrown it. They helped to make our experience a memorable one. Thank you Giada and Dallas!!”
