“Overall, a good long stay hotel. The staff are all friendly. A couple of odd things happened this time around, but I will stay there again due to the staff and location near where I need to be for work while in town.
I would recommend as a long stay hotel if you have any work in Oak Ridge.”

“In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!”

“Excellent location! Beautiful and roomy grounds with more than adequate rooms. Close to everything, lots of restaurants and shopping centers! Who knew this was such a lively area just outside of Knoxville.”

“Not sure why this place is open at 6 because it’s dead in there until 9! We didn’t eat so no review on food, I would say beer fairly priced. We went on a Saturday night and I thought there would be more line dancing but it was more two step (hate) and a club music vibe. I was hesitant to come because we have the most wonderful and inclusive line dance where we live but it was ok.”

“Haven’t gone to this theater in a while and I was very surprised. Dylan helped us check out and was so incredibly and friendly to his staff. The food was delicious and I loved the arcade. Not to mention the reclining seats. Safe to say, I WILL be coming back!”
