“Overall, a good long stay hotel. The staff are all friendly. A couple of odd things happened this time around, but I will stay there again due to the staff and location near where I need to be for work while in town.
I would recommend as a long stay hotel if you have any work in Oak Ridge.”

“In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!”

“Spacious suite. Free social hour food and drinks, Monday through Wednesday. Shout out to Sherry for her fresh and delicious nacho/ taco bar; beer on tap. Room furnishings due for update. Clean, musty-free laundry room. Free breakfast; top notch healthy choices. Staff attentive and friendly. Beautiful pond with fountains, wildlife, and picnic table on grounds. Walk to dining/ shopping options. Gym. Suggestion: refillable filtered water station would be great.”
“Not sure why this place is open at 6 because it’s dead in there until 9! We didn’t eat so no review on food, I would say beer fairly priced. We went on a Saturday night and I thought there would be more line dancing but it was more two step (hate) and a club music vibe. I was hesitant to come because we have the most wonderful and inclusive line dance where we live but it was ok.”
“As a travel worker this hotel is amazing!! It has gym and laundry and it’s super close to everything. The weekly rate is 525 but ask the manager and he can work within your budget.”

“We love going to watch movies at Tinseltown. It is consistently the cleanest theater I've been to. The floors are never sticky & there's never trash or popcorn laying around.
The theater seats are so nice & comfortable. They're soft leather that recline & are heated.
We drive an hour to Tinseltown instead of going to a different theater closer to where we live.
Out of many many trips, I don't think we've ever had a bad experience there.”
