Cole was a superstar! He was knowledgeable about what we wanted and got us the discounts we were able to get. Cole also provided excellent conversation as well as took his perfect time to make sure we got exactly what we came in for and then some! What an amazing salesman!

Colbie went out of his way to help me. He took all the time needed to solve the difficult problem. He’s very patient intelligent smart knew all the ins and out. I was very fortunate to have him. He’s an excellent representative of Verizon and you’re fortunate to have him.

Brandon B. and Adam N. were so amazing and helpful with me and my mom at the Verizon Oak Ridge location today at 3/16/25 ! We just got new phones and switched to Verizon but our phones weren’t completely working. We tried customer service with no luck but once we came in the store, Brandon and Adam immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it! They are very knowledgeable and weren’t going to give up on fixing our phones unlike others. They were really great and we are thankful for them both!

Incredibly misleading business practices. Keep in mind that they work for commission, so they will say whatever they have to in order to get you to buy a new phone. Very disappointed that Ryan gave me the wrong information. Be very thorough with your questions about trade-ins.

I don't normally waste my time on 1 star reviews. But this place is a joke. Pushy and rude, absolutely disrespectful. Spoke over me every time I tried to say anything. I had a scheduled appointment for someone who didn't bother showing up to work to meet me or telling me they'd canceled. Drove 30 minutes to get here cause I bought the phone at this location before I'd moved.
This boy tried to tell me what I was and was not going to do and what was and was not going to happen. Well Jr, what is happening is I'm switching to TMobile. And I hope the rest of the people you spoke to like that today do as well.
Worst customer service, overpriced plans, would NOT recommend.

My phone took a dip at the lake and my phone wouldn't do anything anymore. Came in to the store and saw Colbie. He got me hooked up with a new one and somehow got all my info moved still and saved me from a panic.
Good guy and good at what he does.

Keili Brittani was so sweet and so kind and patient. I went in with my phone not working it was in sos, she was able to get me back up and running and 3 new upgrades and lowered my monthly bill. Definitely the girl to go see if you go in, make sure to ask for her!

Linwood is very courteous and professional. A great upgrade experience...he even found a way to cut our bill.
Update: another great experience at Cellular Sales with Cody Williams. Easy upgrade and let me hold on to my old phone until I made sure everything worked on the new one.
