“Jackson’s best kept secret post office! Truly a Hallmark type of post office. The staff is the best and need to train the staff at their larger locations in town.”
“Unlike other government establishments - the people are kind and good service. I've only had package go missing once of the 3 years I've rented from them but was recovered 3 days later. If you have a mailbox or one of the mailboxes in large rows (like at apartment complex) make sure the numbers are showing clearly and not faded so they don't get confused.”

“They were very helpful and understanding, this was my third time for personal reasons trying to get my baby a passport. I did not complete the form and they were able to give me some time to get that done and also took the picture of my 2 months old baby girl.
The office is clean and nice staff, although I wish the person in charge can get them some A/C, it was very warm for a 75 degree weather and high humidity. The fan they have was not enough.”
