“Bob and his staff are 10/10. Truly an understatement. I’m so glad my family and I switched from Walgreens to BetterRX when we did. They all truly care about their customers and it shows through their actions. I lost my health insurance when the pandemic hit and my monthly prescriptions anywhere else would have cost an outrageous amount even with the goodrx website’s discounts they offer. I felt so much weight off of my shoulders when I switched pharmacies. I’m grateful to have purchased individual insurance shortly after I switched, but in a time where we were dealing with a global pandemic (I am a travel agent), Bob really went the extra mile for me and that’s just something that will always mean everything to me.”
