“Stacey, Devin, Ms. Jamie, and Tina at the Arlington Fuel Center, Arlington, TN are wonderful. They are always welcoming and greet you with a smile. Ms. Jamie always smiles. Devin took the time to stop what he was doing to ask me what I needed. Stacey is absolutely wonderful too. My husband loves talking about football with her. Whichever of us is in the store she always asks about the other. I met Tina recently and she is incredible. She was so respectful of a homeless man and addressed him as Mr. Last Name. We have never had a bad experience! They exemplify excellence in the customer experience. I am a former patient advocate and taught customer service. “Always pretty much have what I need here. Always clean. Nice staff. Of the 4 Krogers I'm surrounded by, this is my favorite one after the Trinity store. Trinity because it's closer, but I usually end up at this location.”

“I have been using this location of Walgreens for an over year. I want to give props to Niralee Patel, who works in the pharmacy. She is always polite and goes out the way to make sure any customer is content. Thank you ma'am for treating ppl with respect and kindness. Plus I want to give Robert Carter a shout out as well. I'm one of those ppl who show up late but he was good enough to keep the doors open for me to get an item. Thank you good sir and give this man a raise.”

“Walgreens store 6985 does not care about you! Prescriptions are important and Doctor Watkins doesn’t seem to care. My husband needed a prescription for his diabetes. Did not call or text to tell us they were out. Said needed new prescription which was not the case. Lied to me put me off and didn’t offer to see if other locations had the prescription. I did. My husband needs to monitor his glucose. She didn’t care if we had it or not. Said prescription got closed which made no sense once questioned then she allowed other Walgreens to fill it. I thought the locations worked together. Going without medication is a life and death matter which is not something to play around with. We now have left Walgreens. People that are working with medicine and calls themselves a Doctor need to care more.”
