“Went to dealership specifically for a used truck I saw online. Already had financing so just negotiated on trade in and price of vehicle. After test drive noticed a shake in the front end. Also negotiated for them to fix the problem. They were really good at meeting the out the door price I needed for financing. John Yow was our salesman and he did an excellent job. Will definitely be going back to get our next vehicle.”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in a long time. I had a windshield wiper blade fly off while driving to a campground nearby. There were lots of rain showers that day and expected for the following day. I dropped in Jerry's and the gentleman behind the counter looked up the size blade I needed found it and walked out to my vehicle and installed it!! Blew me away that he did that. The price was very reasonable for the blade.”
“Found the part I was needing on their website, but they are located over an hour and a half away. I called Ballard to make sure it was there. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that he would call me back after he confirmed it was there with his own eyes. He called me 5 minutes later to tell me that they had the part and he had it ready for me. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the part that I purchased. If I ever need another used part, I would be willing to drive the hour and a half because of their service on my recent purchase.”

“To start, i’m an hour from home and my starter went out in the parking lot! Major thanks to Brandon, (who’s actually one of the few parts store workers I know that are actually mechanically inclined! Lol) helped me diagnose the issue, borrow some tools, and plugged up my phone! I got the starter replaced and back on the road. Major thanks! I was in a 3500 pickup so a tow wouldn’t have been cheap.”
