We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved.
