“Great place! We were on our way to the rod run in pigeon forge and needed to get the tires rotated. The truck has 26x16s on it with 40s. We stopped at several other tire shops on the way and none of them could do it cause the tires were so big. This place got us right in without hesitation and did a awesome job for us. We were very thankful for them! Great business and one that will rotate any tire size for u! This is a real tire shop!!”
“Got a pre-purchase inspection here as a walk-in and left an hour later with a comprehensive list of everything they checked along with photos of concerns. Ended up coming back to get some of the items on the list taken care of, and they gave me a courtesy car for the day until my vehicle was finished. “The main road to this place isnt truck friendly, but you have enough room to navigate.. Its enough room to back into the middle dock just take your time. Took approximately 3 hours to get me unloaded. Thats normal for a tire load. I would definitely come back the staff was cool”

It always seams busy and sometimes there is a wait but they always tell me upfront.”

“You will never be taken advantage of at this shop.Bobby is Super kind, very honest and will do his very best to get you a good price with the best service I’ve had at any mechanic . Ive bought used tires from him plenty of times through the years every time I call he’s very kind helps extremely quickly and gives you a huge discount compared to other mechanics that I have personally found around. Not only that I’ve had him completely replace tires that he sold me for free because they didn’t last as long as he had hoped. A few years ago, I bought a car from my brother in Illinois. I was told a Grocery list Of things were wrong with it. Called Bobby He asked me to turn the car on so he could hear it. ( he did say he could not be sure just based on sound ) .From three states away this man saved me thousands of dollars. When I got the car back to him all that needed to be replaced was brakes !!. He could’ve easily picked a few of the things off of the list and fixed them just so he could have more money. That’s just not who he is. That car is still running beautifully with no issues I almost didn’t buy that car because of the grocery list Of issues… I had a friend who was quoted over three grand to get her car fixed from a mechanic. I told her about Bobby he took care of her for under $800. I’m extremely thankful That he has a shop. It’s hard to find people that care about people and not the money. .”
