There was an extra benefit for me due to the fact I usually deal with Sarah who works in their office. She is so kind and patient and a true blessing to work with. So many times I feel I'm being a burden to her but she is always kind and goes out of her way to help me and provide the best service they can offer. I have had auto insurance and due to my age I only have renters insurance. Everyone at Barbara's office couldn't be more pleasant to work with and I thank God for them all. We determined that some of the information I needed was missing but she told me she would be in the office until 5. I called the dealership and got someone in sales customer service to put in the correct information and email it to me. I called Ms Smith back and she proceeded to input the correct information. She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient.
