“Very professional, knowledgeable staff and there to answer any questions you have. Quick service, able to port numbers and work with you on just about any topic necessary. No, they do not charge for their SIM cards. That drives me crazy the other companies do that.. all in all, service is a little spotty compared to others but what you get in return is way worth it!!! I'm sure you would agree..”

“Lisa and Glenna are always smiling and ready to assist with your cell needs :) I’ve had Verizon, at&t, as well as prepaid such as Net10 and Tracphone. The entire time we had Verizon & at&t, we had poor service, dropped calls and too many areas without service. We’ve been with US Cellular 10 years and don’t regret it at all. Areas of “no service” are FEW and FAR between. And prices for monthly service are better than what I’ve seen with the other brand providers, we have 5 lines on our plan and I’ve seen people share they’re paying$350 for two lines, we pay just a bit over that for the five lines.”
