No, they do not charge for their SIM cards. That drives me crazy the other companies do that.. all in all, service is a little spotty compared to others but what you get in return is way worth it!!! “I had an issue with a phone not having service. After being on the phone with Verizon and realizing it was going to take a drive to Knox or days for them to send a new SIM card I tried the local store only to find them closed on Sunday. You need to update your hours online no one is scanning a code on the door. I show up first thing this morning and they tried to help me for over an hour. I believe their names were Cody and Mandy but it has been a long day and I forgot. I do know he is the manager at Jamestown and she is training. They were absolutely amazing even though they couldn’t help me. They got me set with someone who might be able to. I have been to this store for help before and left there so agitated. Thank you both for taking the time and treating the situation like you cared. The care and attention you showed will make people come back.”
