“This bank was great! We do not have accounts here however my parents did. When they both passed away the banker Cody was able to assist over the phone and email (I live in Michigan) and had everything ready and in order for when we came in to get those accounts closed.
Other than having to be present to sign in person (would have loved the option to e-sign) Cody and this branch was great!
