“Madison rocks!!! She truly gets the fullness of customer service. There was a problem with looking my card up in their system, and she did EVERYTHING possible to figure it out. Seriously, she called the card company, the IT department, held my license and worked on it while I shopped around in the mall....everything!!! This situation (and flaw in the system) really had the potential to tick me off royally, but how in the world do you get mad when the associate does whatever it takes to make you happy??!! “Stopped in yesterday evening to try and find some chino’s (finding good pants is always a task for me lol) and was kindly greeted by Richie who then was able to help me find what I was looking for with the right size and style. I was also given some helpful information from Matt who was also working about the style I was trying to go for. I ended up buying 2 pairs of chino’s and at checkout, Richie helped by providing ways to save money on my purchases, such as the J Crew credit card. They both provided extremely high-end customer service — I will definitely be back (great deals and reasonable prices)! Richie and Matt deserve a raise/promotion!”

“I've always been a fan of Ross. Great place to find many eclectic items. Love some of the food options they carry. Bags of Turmeric, matcha green tea, different salts & more. They often have cool dinnerware and make up as well as cremes & lotions as well. The ladies at the registers are always quick & polite too. The store is usually generally clean but have noticed an uptick of some customers that are making crazy messes. That's awful for the employees.”

Went shopping at a small mall and found this amazing store. I remember Dr. Martin's and jeans are history from then on. The people are friendly and very helpful.
