“Amazing service at this store! The staff took great care of me when I came in to get a pair of dress pants. I expected the tailoring to take about a week, so I was pleasantly surprised when they called just a few hours later to let me know my pants were ready for pickup. The turnaround time and customer service were outstanding.
The only issue I experienced was when I came back to pick up my pants. A dog unexpectedly came out and repeatedly jumped on me until one of the employees was able to get it and take it to the back. Other than that, my experience was excellent, and I really appreciated the friendly, efficient service.”
“I stopped into Renegade Classics yesterday to look for a large patch for the back of my vest and to get information about creating a two-line name patch. Not only did they help me find the perfect back patch and sew it on right there, but they also designed a beautiful custom name patch with tons of options to choose from. They took my idea and brought it to life and now both patches are proudly sewn onto my vest.
But honestly, that’s only half the story.
The real highlight was the conversation. They clearly love what they do, and they took the time to share stories, local tips, and adventures that someone new to the area, like me, would really appreciate. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely inviting, not just to their shop but to the community. As someone who loves Jeeps and motorcycles, it felt like finding my people.

“Store was stocked for a change. Usually don’t find much at this location but the guys had best selection of doc martens this go round. There was annoying security tolags beeping but employees were quick to nip it and soo sweet friendly and efficient. The two young girls one working the floor and the other at register . So nice to my husband and I .”
“Visited on 10/03 right before closing and Jas was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even realize they were closing but she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She helped me get down multiple items and even helped me style a few outfits. I will definitely return to this location.”

“Spencer's has been around for as long as I can remember. They have always sold quirky t-shirts, rock bands paraphernalia, adult toys and games, jewelry and piercings, and other oddities.On a recent visit with my teenage grandson the employees were friendly enough and the store looked well organized and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Fans had been brought in, including one that sucked in cooler air from the mall and blew it into the store but that only did so much. The store was still uncomfortable.When we reached the register we were not the only ones and eventually one of us spotted an employee and had to summon them to take care of us. If not for that lack of service plus the too warm store I would have given a 5th star.”
“Every time I go to this specific Express, I’m impressed by the cleanliness and customer engagement here (I’ve been to many that were not so consistent in this regard). Lots of positive energy and I’m able to feel connected to every single employee; everyone is always very helpful without being overbearing. Such perfect balance. 10/10”

“Visited this boutique with my sister while on vacation and can’t say enough great things about it, we wanted to buy the whole store! So many beautiful items at reasonable prices with the most helpful, friendly sales associates. One of the items I bought was a gorgeous bracelet stack and when one of the bracelets had come apart, the owner herself called me, ordered replacement options, sent me such options to pick from, and had it delivered to my home address beautifully wrapped in priority mail postage with a kind note! This customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations. I’d highly recommend anyone to shop here; I’m looking forward to it when I visit Chattanooga again!!”

Now as far as the associates are concerned? There were three people working. Cinna, David, and Cordell. The shorter guy immediately helped us look up my hot topic account and the masked cashier was also incredibly polite and sweet. The larger guy though? He made me feel very uncomfortable. He made some creepy comments, talked about my figure, and was bothering me just about the entire time.”

“Some unique Urban wear at decent prices. I went for home fragrance oil. Surprisingly there were none, only body oils. The staff is always nice and helpful. PLUS they have real raw Shea butter.”

“Nice little antique shop, nicely laid out, not crowded. You can find a little bit of everything & it's not so overwhelming as some of the bigger places can be. The prices are great, last visit was a 20% everything event! The staff are so helpful & kind. Great place to stop for quick gifts as well, with locally made soaps, jewelry, Chattanooga memorabilia, etc. Love Edith's!! ??”
