Fit One has everything I need and more. Well reasonably priced, maintained, clean, friendly and helpful staff. They offer several different programs and have excerise/weight training available.

The gym is pretty big with a lot of equipment. There are also spaces upstairs for class workouts. Fit One offers childcare on weeknights.
