Fortunately, my MIL and I stopped in the FedEx store and Conner was quick to assist us with the little details that matter a lot and made a whole event turn back into the simple task it should have been all along. “I purchased an overnight delivery to get a passport to my son in Florida- time was of the essence so I paid dearly to get my son’s passport to him overnight.
Due to a loading error on the part of UPS, the overnight delivery was delayed and did not arrived on time as promised.
When I reported my claim for a delayed delivery to UPS I got the run around- but when I called my local Ooltewah store they made things right for me.
While I’m disappointed at UPS for not standing behind their delivery promise, the local store manager was most helpful and made things right.
Nice to have local managers who will stand behind their guarantee!”
