We had a very good experience at this location. Everyone there was nice and polite. Best experience of any of any Verizon store I've ever been in.

We joined Verizon through this location and due to the representatives' negligence one of our trade-ins were lost and we received no compensation. I have spent the last year trying to get the trade-in offer that we agreed to but have received nothing from Verizon. Because of Verizon's negligence and lack of accountability we effectively lost a $1k phone and then paid full price for another. Verizon and this location have been an incredible disappointment to us.

Closes at 6 pm on Friday - absolutely unacceptable in this day and age! - In response to Verizon, there was no "confusion" -- your store closed at 6 pm this past Friday! I went by Verizon in Ooltewah IN PERSON at 6:11 pm this past Friday for help with my E-SIM and you all were closed!!! I had to yell to ask for help through the door (because I had NO working cell phone) and they told me to call Verizon and said "we are not supposed to even open the door" -- (I was asking what to do about my e-sim) That's just plain unreasonable to close at 6 pm... :(

By far the worst customer service. 2 people working, both watching data move and just talking with customer where they could have easily help me with a new phone glass cover. Been waiting over 40 minutes!!!

i came in here last week with some activation issues, they were so very patient with me! i went to the verizon in fort oglethorpe the day after to set up another phone for a family member… it was embarrassing. i don’t care how far the drive is when i move, i will 100% make the time to come here! thanks y’all!

After recieving her new phone my wife and I had trouble getting her information transfered from her old phone. She actually received MY information and pictures and we could not get it corrected.. We met with Lexie (one of the managers) who solved the problem in no time. Her knowledge and professionalism is unsurpassed. Her understanding and kindness with us as we struggled through getting things right was so very appreciated. Thank you Lexie

We needed a prepaid sim card to activate a phone that we needed. Upon walking in, we were promptly greeted by a smiling employee. Nice. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within minutes, we had our phone service activated. Our experience here today was awesome. Thank you

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!!!! Very very rude, had us sitting there for at least 20 minutes just to tell us they wouldn’t remove the added on charges that we were not supposed to have. I’m more insulted by the rudeness than the bill, as a manager if my employees talked to our customers the way they did we would be having a very serious talk. Getting disrespectful with customers after us just trying to get an explanation for unwarranted charges and insurance fees that we did not agree on is absurd. Verizon is already ghetto to begin with, they shouldn’t have brought in ignorant workers to complete it. They all acted differently when the general manager was there. Y’all go get visible by verizon, 10x better service and you won’t have to deal with arrogant air heads! :)

We had previously stopped at another Verizon on our road trip home due to my husband’s phone malfunctioning. They told him it was a lost cause and tried to sell him a new phone. We stopped at this location after and they fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful experience!

I want to start by thanking the employees. They are A+. Super friendly and knowledgeable. However it is TERRIBLY disappointing that the store does not have a direct phone line. Instead when I call, I am transferred to a robot not a person. This tells me that I am not valued, also the line at times can take over an hour of waiting and making reservations is not an easy process. Please work on getting a phone line and answer it and take reservations on the phone. Thank you. Also while waiting in a very long line an employee left the store making the wait even longer.

Upon arrival around 8:45am, I expected the store to open for business at 9am. Several more people arrived as well. After waiting and wondering, an employee arrived to unlock the front door at 9:20am. We were told it would be another 45 minutes before the store would be open for business. No explanation was given as to why we all had to wait that long. I left and took my business elsewhere.

After repeatedly asking about the monthly payment at the store, and leaving with a satisfying answer, I find that I am now being charged double. I called customer service and was told that there was nothing that they could do about the extra charges and admitted that their store reps make these kinds of promises to ensure their own sales profit. Sincerely, fu guys for taking money from hardworking individuals.

Went there about aggravating pop-ups. No joy.
