“I was so happy to find an open Piggly Wiggly store! Every other Piggly Wiggly I've passed was abandoned so I thought it was a nice experience to go into o one.
The store was nice and simple, having some essentials for the small town of Franklin. They have a nice variety... packaged food, paper products, produce... even a bucket of pinto beans.
The staff was very nice and we had a nice conversation with them. All we bought was a package of Fiji water, but it was still a cool place and shouldn't be overlooked.”

“Convenient and good little stop off with a friendly staff. Well kept and very clean and organized and well stocked with all the items you'd expect from a convenience store. The coffee is fresh as well. My only disappointment was the Kentucky online lottery system was down and the Powerball jackpot was over 500 million!! Lots of lost sales there I imagine, not to mention I had to drive 15 minutes to Russellville to purchase my ticket ?! Was not happy about that. 4 ✨'s!”

“This is the cleanest Dollar General I have ever been to. It is also the only one I've been to where the aisles are not cluttered with carts of merchandise. There is plenty of room in every aisle. It is so clean and I met the manager and she was so polite. If you hate shopping in dollar general's that you can barely fit a cart down their ailes then this is the one for you!”

“For being a small town this Walmart has a wide selection and usually you can find everything you need, if not you can get it shipped for free to the local Walmart and you don't have to drive everywhere to find it!”
“They have easy access from the main road. They have updated pumps ~ and added more pumps within the last year or so.
My two issues are: they are not very quick adjusting their prices with the competition (and) they're not open (or give you access to a pump) until 0600 hrs. They should have a pump or two on 24 hrs, even if it is only open for credit/ debit purchases.
In closing, I'm glad they're there. It's my opinion their gas is better quality than other places. Check your gas mileage!”

“Just so everyone knows this store has came a long way the team there works very hard to stock, clean, GIVE 110% GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Yes people talk bad about this store cause the way it was ran now the management team and all the D G employees care more then people know you should be glad there is people out there willing to work long hours so you have a clean, stocked and wonderful employees there instead of saying rude stuff on the surveys. Everyone has a bad day once in awhile just give a smile and let that employee know they are doing a awesome job all the dark clouds will pass and give them a SMILE ?… A kind word and smile never hurt anyone it always makes the world a better place makes the HEART SMILE!”

“When you enter, It's like stepping back in time. The staff are warm and inviting and always make you feel welcome. The shakes are some of the best I have ever tried. And they have the best burgers and chicken salad sandwiches around. No fried foods, which means you don't feel miserable after leaving. The ingredients are fresh and crisp. You definitely leave with your heart and stomach full. This is definitely a must have passing through cross plains.”
