“The unit I rented at store a lot ( approximately 3 years) was clean. I had no infestation of pest,insects, etc. The access was acceptable to me. I never had the need for off hours. The grounds were well kept and no trash/etc laying around.”

“Just be clear and make sure that your customers know if you bring something back after hours you need to check it in with the app. I wasn't told and was charged an extra $20 for a service charge. But I called where I rented from talked to them letting them know I wasn't informed about that and they are gonna refund that extra charge. Great customer service”

“Cheryl was an absolute delight to work with at this storage facility – very sweet, kind and willing to help with anything you need! The facility has plenty of cameras, a cart for you to move your stuff and the climate control temperature was perfect. My belongings had no issues here. Definitely sad to be moving, but I’m glad that I had a five out of five star experience here!”
