“Cheryl is a phenomenal employee that this company should be very proud of to have. I called in 20 mins to closing and she was not only polite and thorough but still gave me the opportunity to view units that same day. She stayed about 30 mins after closing to make sure I was all set. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and just a great person to talk to at the end of a long day. The facility is clean, easy to maneuver through, and appears to be an all around great facility. I will update when I collect my belongings in a few months but I don’t see there being any issues based on my experience today.
Edit: I forgot to update this review but I moved out around September 2025. Cheryl was there to answer my questions regarding move-out expectations and procedures, and even offered to give me a call following her inspection to resolve any issues. Thankfully, there were none! She clearly delivered as I had $0 extra fees. Thank you, Cheryl, and Stor-A-Lot, for a great storage experience 💙 10/10 recommend”

It all started with me dropping off my one-way Penske truck and car carrier at their location, and the manager (My apologies, I can’t remember her name) was okay with me dropping off my car carrier early. “I had no issues with my storage experience with the exception of the deletion of an on-site representative and yearly unit price raises. The units themselves were well secured but dark. There were no lights inside my unit and the hallway lights were dim making it difficult to see inside my unit. I had to use a camp lanturn. Would I use Stor-Alot again, yes I would.”

“Best storage! I came from a storage that suddenly changed their price 3× the rent (no exaggeration intended). I got a better deal for the a slightly bigger until. When I contacted them I ALWAYS got a response. I also loved that it was 24/7, and m they didn't lock you in after certain hours for trespassing!! I would highly recommend!! I never had any issues during my stay and even got a response back at late hours because I forgot my code ???♀️. I could really go on... I definitely loved and appreciate the service! Thank you!”

Wrapped the parts, protected the slate, and all around perfect job and great price. We will be using them to move our home in the future for sure...thanks Kenny and crew!!!!”
“I know one can wonder what you can say about a storage unit. I know it holds stuff right? However, there is much to say about the company that rents the units. First of all I have used various other companies but this one here I have utilized with my family for 3 years or so. We have never had any problems with vermin’s or any other insects. The area is secure, remains clean, in a great location and the people who run the place are beyond just super nice and caring. They even were kind enough to contact us during severe weather if the gate system was down or to inform us that the units were all secure and no damage had taken place within or around the units. Because of major personal issues we had within our family they helped us by contacting us to let us know they understood the circumstances and they rendered aide.
