“I had a very good experience with buying my vehicle and the lady we dealt with. I have had a good experience with oil changes and tire rotations until recently when I had to pay this last time. I have had my vehicle a little over a year and with the purchase came free oil changes and tire rotations up to a certain point. I have a 2025 Toyota Corolla Hatchback SE and I was caught off guard with what I had to pay when I got my oil changed and two filters replaced. My total was $219!!! I wish I would have been aware it was going to cost that much. I would have never expected a small car such as that would cost that much! They have always done an excellent job!”

“This is a huge shout out to Service Advisor Damon Andress. Our engine light illuminated two days before we were to leave on a trip. Although the service department was 100% booked with appointments, Damon went the extra mile and had a technician fix our truck. We cannot thank him enough for being so understanding of our situation. He got it done… And fast! He’s a true asset to the dealership. Thank you, Damon!”

“Roger is the best of the best. Mechanic and human being. He is in my top 10 list of my favorite people and he is number one on my favorite mechanics list! He’s my favorite mechanic! Certainly he’s one of the Good Lords best. I’m happy I know him. I’m talking about a real man who is honest about his work, he stands behind his work, and he won’t put you on the road unsafe! He doesn’t try to rob or beat anybody out of money and he’s just the kind of fellow that you don’t see around anymore. He’s not a spring chicken anymore but he’s a good solid man a good sold mechanic and he treat everybody the same! Regardless of race, age , creed, religion or any of that. He’s always been the same with everybody that I’ve seen come in that shop.”

“These guys did my Toyota Fj it was a body paint job, when I bought it, it had a bad clear coat an some rust spots on the hood. “Had a flat tire on a Saturday morning while visiting from out-of-town recently. My options were the one open local tire shop (Triple T) or Wal-Mart. Went to the local shop where the three employees standing around drinking coffee told me they couldn't fit me in for a 20-minute plug/patch and to check back Monday. I grudgingly went to Wal-Mart where they plugged/patched the tire in less than an hour for $20 and I was on my way. Patch has held air properly for hundreds of miles since then...no issues. The business that wants my business will get my business, and Wal-Mart in Paris came through.”
