He doesn’t try to rob or beat anybody out of money and he’s just the kind of fellow that you don’t see around anymore. “Needed a tow at nearly 11pm due to a wheel bearing going out. Another local tow shop said they weren't going to come, their review coming, so I called this place. I'm very glad I did.
The lady on the phone, although asleep was very friendly and helpful right away and understood the urgency we were in with 3 kids and already waiting an hour. Driver arrived in about 15 mins or so and was a friendly guy. (We did have a small mishap but everyone handled it a patient and understanding and friendly manner. ) The driver towed me to Nissan of Paris without any other issue. The company was friendly, helpful, understanding, and I would definitely use them again if the need should come up.
Don't have to hesitate when thinking about using this company!”
