“Mgr at KS location is a great guy, friendly, goes out of his way to help and the others I've personally dealt with are the same. They can't keep help it seems, which is a shame and most likely why my usual items are not on the shelves consistently, but they can only do so much and help customers too. Fortunately, that seems to be improving of late. The current workers are doing their best from what I can see, and are friendly & accommodating. Keep it up guys. Maybe some more good workers will be available sooner than later.”

“The quality you see at Publix is so superior to the other stores in the area. The lighting, cleanliness and most obvious the training and quality of the staff puts them on another level. Yes, it’s pricier, but it’s a much more pleasurable shopping experience and you can be more price conscious shopping the BOGO and sale items.”
“Aldi never fails to keep up with new grocery product offerings that are high quality and affordable. Was paying 8 dollars for Santa Cruz organic juice, which is half water and sugar. On a recent trip to Aldi, found organic juice in a glass bottle, for half the price, no sugar, all juice! Gotta love it”
“I enjoy the products and staff at all the sprouts that I’ve been to, but this specific instance was extra special. Long story short, I was driving cross country and have multiple allergies and I was very much craving a sandwich. I had walked into numerous places that served gluten free sandwiches but they were all closed everytime I popped into a store. In this instance I walked it and was sad to see that the sandwich counter was closed for the day here as well. I guess the disappointment showed on my face because a very king staff member by the name of Nate asked me if I was alright or if he could help with anything. I was honest and just said that I’m pretty bummed that they were closed and before I finished my story Nate just offered to make me a sandwich and said that he just wanted to make sure I was happy. He truly was genuine about it and was just so tremendously kind. I had been driving for about 20 hours at that time so I was extremely grateful for Nate going above and beyond. After that I spoke with Kellie who just continued the kindness and I left super happy and impressed by the staff. So I wanted to make sure Nate & Kellie were recognized for their great customer service.”
“Good place to get meat I used to be a meat cutter and I like the way they cut their meat there .Especially when it’s on sale. you can get them to text you the weekly ad every Monday.”
“This is my go to spot for gas , snacks , cold drinks . Lotto tickets , and use to cigarettes, but I quit . I love the people who work here they are very friendly . This place had a little bit of everything inside and it's clean .”
“Delicious cheeseburger and fried okra!! This was our first stop after Nashville and surrounding areas were hit hard by a devastating ice storm. They had been without power for several days, and opened up today when power was finally restored ready to feed and help the community! “Walmart in Fairview is one of the best!! The staff are are always smiling and friendly. The entire building is clean and has a easy to maneuver layout for getting your weekly grocery and household items. They also have a good amount of checkouts with staff running them that the lines are minimal. They do have several self checkouts, but there is a good balance of employee lines to the self check out.”

“I like this store just fine it's clean and nice , but let's talk about something I've noticed with all Walmarts . Y'all getting rid of cashiers and making us, the consumers check out our own groceries .bag our own stuff . You hire one person to stand in self check out and watch over us . You make one wrong move with bagging which is usually the machines fault , it records you like your stealing and freezes up the machine . The worker has to come and fix it . Then on top of it , y'all want me to rate your store at the check out each and everytime . How about y'all get some more humans instead of robots to work . Pay them a fair wage . We all spend enough money in stores. #save the cashiers”
“I'm gonna agree with a fellow reviewer below in that when reviewing a grocery store you likely need a hobby... but we got a winter storm last week and I've been housebound, so here we are. I love Publix -- clean. safe. friendly. They have fresh produce and meat department is tops! It's slightly more expensive than Kroger, but really, worth it. As long as I live in this neighborhood, this is my main grocery store.”
“Nice little place to stop for gas in the middle of nowhere....Gas prices a little higher than usual but if your the only station around I guess it's just the way it is. They did have a food area inside but I was there early and nothing was ready.”
“I go to a lot of Dollar Generals in Kingston Springs across a lot of neighborhoods in the middle TN area and I have to say the 2 employees were very helpful and professional that helped me today! The employee didn’t know an answer about something and got the manager to help (whom was filling in from another location) ! They were very nice and appreciative of every customer’s business.
The other location that has very personable and funny people working is the Charlotte, TN store on Hwy 48. I recommend both locations!”
“This is a nice Dollar general and it is well received for the area there's not a lot of general stores to get some basic supplies other than this works out perfect. Since I've been here the staff has been friendly”
“Friendly employees.Stocked well the majority of the time.The layout of the parking lot sucks & it can be hard to get out of at times,if making a left turn onto Fairview Blvd (eventhough a turning lane is present) but thats really more due to there being a red light right there I guess vs it being the Dollar Stores fault.”

“Staff seem to remember you even if you stop by every other month and always seem friendly. Only complaint is that 1 specfic medication you have to call in for them to "push a button" and it is ready in 15 minutes. Not sure how a prescription can be pending days until you call them, but it has happened the last 4 months.”

“I had an unfortunate incident with my Kroger pickup order where an item was left in anti-theft device. I called the store pretty irate as I was not supposed to even be spending time on my feet due to a dislocated knee cap and knee this call would require a trip back to the store (no hammer at home to destroy the box). The store manager let me get my rant out and offered to make it right. Associate Darlene assisted with taking off the anti theft device, gave me the product as well as refunded my money. Top tier customer service”
