“Excellent service. While On a road trip with the family from MN, Brake pads wore out driving through the mtns. I replaced them, then went back the next day to borrow a torque wrench and socket to make sure lugs were set right. The manager went over and above to ensure that we had the right stuff and came to double check the lugs. Appreciate the service and help! Please visit when in pigeon forge for auto needs!”
“It's clean ,the staff is some what nice there is a older man that works there and probably even working there a while he keeps telling all kids that this store is not a play ground !this kid looks to be a preteen and all he is doing is walking behind his younger sibling which is maybe 3 or 4 and this toddler is not playing either he is following his dad ? so I don't get it and I have been in there a few times every time I ask him for something he gets very agitated”
