“If I could give Nour and pro tech six stars I would do so. This is a place you can trust to do quality work for a reasonable price. That’s why the car dealers use them.”

“Front passenger side fender on my Genesis G80 inexplicably separated from the body by a few inches (probably due to a history of light hits). It wasn’t an insurance matter. I was worried about where to go, what it would cost, would I be taken advantage of? No worries at Quality. Buster who runs the place saw me right away and assessed it as a simple fix with no new parts, and fixed it right then, and didn’t even charge me. I would definitely bring my vehicles here for an honest and capable job. The other reviews all say do.”

“Highly recommend NAS Auto Collision to anyone looking for great work at a fair price! I had my car repaired at NAS Auto Collision after an accident, and I am really happy with the result. They worked with my budget, especially as a student, which helped me a lot. They were also flexible with payment, which I truly appreciated. The owner personally took care of me and my car. You can tell he truly cares about his customers, not just the business. The work was great, the price was very reasonable and my car came out looking amazing. They finished the repair on time and did an excellent job. I am definitely going to be a forever customer. “I can't speak to Raw Wheels & Tires' actual tire service because I wasn't even a customer—but I can absolutely speak to their customer service. I got a flat tire on my fat-tire e-bike about a mile and a half from home and happened to be near their South Congress location. I pushed my bike over and asked if I could pay to have the tire inflated, hoping it would hold air long enough for me to make it home. Deanna wouldn't even let me pay. She had me roll the bike into the garage and tried inflating the tire, but unfortunately the leak was too severe. When I asked if I could lock my bike outside while I got a ride home so I could come back for it, she insisted I leave it safely inside their garage instead. When I returned a short time later, she greeted me warmly and made sure I was able to get my bike loaded into my vehicle. It's rare to find people who go out of their way to help someone who isn't even a paying customer. If they treat non-customers this well, I have every reason to believe their actual customers receive outstanding service. Thank you, Deanna, for your kindness—it turned a frustrating situation into a reminder that there are still genuinely good people out there. I'll definitely be back when my car is ready for new tires.”

“Jeff's did a fantastic job on my crumpled Subaru. Extremely professional and friendly shop, careful diagnostics for potential underlying damage beyond the cosmetic, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. To top it all off, I was thrilled that they also detailed my car, inside and out, as part of their service. She looks like she just rolled off the showroom floor! Couldn't be happier. These folks epitomize great customer service and excellent work.”

“I had such a great experience here from start to finish. The entire process felt incredibly easy and straightforward. They were so welcoming from the beginning and gave me a very fair quote and took the time to walk me through the different repair options, including where I could save money and what actually made the most sense instead of just pushing me toward the most expensive option. They were also able to get me in quickly, communication around scheduling was amazing, and they were so flexible and willing to work around my schedule. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and you can really feel that family-owned kind of care. As a woman who definitely does not know everything about cars or collision repair, I especially appreciated how transparent and trustworthy the whole experience felt. I never felt talked down to, pressured, or like I needed to second-guess whether I was being treated fairly. They explained everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable with the decisions I was making. I would absolutely recommend them, especially if you're looking for a place that feels honest, fair, communicative, and genuinely cares about helping you find the best solution for your situation! Thank you again!”

This team clearly knows their stuff and were so welcoming of any and all questions I had. They helped me pick the right camera for my car and the install was incredibly clean and professional. Highly recommend!”

“My two-month old Tesla got a nasty, deep scratch from a construction dumpster parked next to my driveway. It made me sick. After talking with several shops, the folks at Autocraft Bodywerks clearly stood out as the place to go. They know Teslas inside out and promised to make the car like new again, which they did. Plus, they gave it a beautiful full wash and polish before I picked it up. These guys are Tesla certified and they’re experts. The price, while not the lowest, was very competitive—actually lower than some lesser shops I talked with. Fantastic job and great service all around.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Discount Body Shop! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of their work was outstanding, with expert precision and attention to every detail. On top of that, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. They go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of, valued, and genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a business that combines such incredible craftsmanship with such a personal touch. They truly make you feel like family rather than just another customer. I’m beyond grateful for their hard work and would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs!”

“Yost is the best! They are transparent about what NEEDS to be done to your car rather than just telling you all the things you COULD do, which I appreciate so much because so many garages try and price gauge you. I have never once felt that way with them. They also made my 2016 car look brand new. If you’re looking for good customer service and fair pricing, I very much recommend them.”
-
7910 Burleson Road Bldg 1, Austin TX 78744
“Super kind people here, especially Joyce and Josh. They were super flexible with me after I happened to get a flat tire the day before my appointment. Fixed up my car like new. It was a rear-end with a broken trunk, haven’t had any issues. They even installed a new tire for me. Cannot recommend enough!”

“I had a split rear number on my Mercedes CLK500 and we had various discussions on how to fix it. Ranging from an external only repair for $250 to replacing the bumber for close to $2,000. Since my Insurance deductible is $2,000 and I don't have the money now, we opted to do a single Drifter's stitch at the bottom where it is not very visible to stabilize the bumper for no more damage would happen from road vibration and wind, which he did for no charge. The crack of course is still there, but stabilized until perhaps in the future when I have money to fix it completely with a used or 3rd party bumber replacement.”

“I was looking for a shop that specialized in mufflers/exhaust because I wanted quality work, and that’s how I ended up meeting Rony at SoCo. I already knew the Borla setup I wanted, but I was particular about having the dual exhaust tucked up tight and looking clean- and they absolutely nailed it. Rony was super helpful, fit me in, and had everything done the same day. The work looks great, the truck sounds exactly how I wanted it to, and the price was fair. Just a good dude running a quality local shop. Highly recommend! Thanks fellas.”

“Obviously no one wants to deal with collision repairs given all the crazy and inane things insurance companies force you to go through to cover the repairs. The good news is you will not have to deal with such stuff when you use Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks. They know how to deal with insurance companies and will handle that stuff seamlessly so that you don't have to worry about it. And they are experts at auto-body repair, including classic and vintage automobiles. Over the decades, members of our family have had the misfortune of needing professional auto bodywork on several vehicles as a result of collisions and we have always used Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks because they make sure things go smoothly without hassle and return your automobile to its previous impeccable state, including an interior detail job, very nice little perk. Rodney and Wayne are OG Austin and are the best guys to have on you side. They do everything right and their level of integrity and professionalism is unrivaled in Central Texas.”

“I recently had a great experience shopping at Volvo Austin with Andrew. Picked up a new XC60 and couldn't be happier with it. Great car selection on their lot compared to other Volvo dealers in the area. Andrew offered great service and a quick and easy experience after a not so good experience at another local Volvo dealer.”

“Stumbled upon this shop after scouring through many options in South Austin and I am so glad we found them. Nathan and team are running a fabulous shop and were the only ones that felt genuine (most other shops felt too much of a hard sell and almost double the cost). The guys did a fantastic job and I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone (especially if paying out of pocket)”
