“This store is a staple in this small community. The staff are nice and the store manager is a good leader and works alongside the crew and leads well. We have noticed an overall improvement in the store as a whole since the change in leadership. Well done ??”
“It's a fuel center. They have cheap fuel when using the Kroger points. Lost 1 star due to the service and attitude received by the cashier (he must hate the job or having a bad day ) and cleanliness of the pumps and general area.”
“Listen - We went OUT OF OUR WAY to go to this gas station every day, sometimes more than once. This lil joint has some KILLER baked pies (ALL flavors) and my fiancé was having a cheat-WEEK because we were on vacation. These pies are homemade and delivered every Tuesday \\u0026 Friday, and you better believe we bought a huge stash before we left town too. Even took a picture of the business card above them so he could look into ordering them weekly. LOL. The staff was great there too, such sweet ladies!”
“I have left a LOT of reviews, but not 5 star reviews for gas stations. I am leaving this review for 4 reasons:
1. The location is perfect and convenient to the Old Mill and Dollywood.
2. The fuel prices were VERY low for a place with so little nearby competitors. They COULD be gouging, but clearly aren't, and that's a sign of some high integrity.
3. The lady at the counter was very sweet, attentive, and best of all:
4. THE RESTROOM WAS SPOTLESS. I had to go, and was NOT looking forward to having to go to the restroom at a gas station. Most of them are like toxic waste dumps. I walked in and was actually shocked. Then thankful... I thanked the lady for the restrooms and told her that I realize how hard it must be to keep them clean in such a busy place.
I now have a convenience store in the Smokies!”

“This is a fairly small gas station with a few pumps but it serves as purpose. It is off of a main road so expect it to be busy but real easy to maneuver in and out of the parking lot.”
“Shout out to Kayla and her team! I drove away all the way to nashville and forgot my wallet in their store. Not only did they hold on to it. But she will send it back to me! What she didnt know is that this wallet was given to me by my mother... and she passed away 6 months ago so it is very precious to me. THANK YOU LADIES for your honesty, hospitality, and heart. Also the pizza there is absolutely amazing ????!”

The staff are always extremely kind & from my experience as a returning customer much of the staff don’t hesitate to go out of their way to give deals on certain things. I love businesses who care about their customers, it’s a breath of fresh air & I’m happy to support them. My go to gas station! ⛽️?”
“Best breakfast we had in the area. We stopped for some fuel while we were looking for a place to stop for breakfast. We decided to try their breakfast and were not disappointed. I had the biscuits and gravy and my daughter had the French toast. The bacon was perfect.”

“The infamous Jimmy's Market.
IFykyk.... During any rod run, car show, or big events held in pigeon forge, this is definitely the hang out spot.
But if you're coming through during the off season or even during our peak season, you will always find a friendly face behind the counter, The store is always clean and well stocked, I'm almost certain you can find something for every single need you may have at Jimmy's. It's definitely one of our best Gas station/convenient stores in the area.”

“This place is pretty good. The owner is kinda gruff, but shes dealing with a lot of issues, so it's excusable. She's actually really sweet when she's able to be. Decent selections. very convenient without the outrageous convenience store prices, and without hiding the price tags on everything. They'll sometimes work with you on the prices of vapes and stuff.
Gas is very good, and decent price. One of the only places with 100% gas.
Never had any issues with this place.”

“Most people come to Gatlinburg for the mountains, quiet mornings, bears, and tourist attractions. Not me. This is my second year in a row to come to Gatlinburg, and by golley I will make a point to come back to this BP. The gas is well priced, lots of pumps, the bathrooms fairly clean (they have 2 urinals and 1 toilet) and a great fountain drink selection. The root beer has a great amount of carbonation and good taste. The cashier Shaggy reminded me of Shaggy from Scooby Doo. All around good vibes.Also, 103.5 WIMZ plays BANGERS all day.”

“Let me tell you.. this is definitely a hidden gem! This place stayed busy the whole time we were here, so it's pretty fast paced. The guy who took our order was super friendly and did not mind us asking questions about the food even though they were busy. This is probably the FRESHEST mexican food I've ever had. They make your food fresh to order. We ended up getting tacos asada and it was amazing. We also ended up getting some pupusas, we got a mix meat which consisted of chicken, pork and steak. Definitely try the pork or steak, it was amazing! I loved that they have the green and red sauce on tables so you can use as much as you'd like. I will definitely stop by here every single time I come into town now. I crave this everyday!”

“I read some of the reviews about the location, specifically those stating rude attitudes from the staff and felt compelled to provide my experience. Despite sticking out like a sore thumb (foreigner from Los Angeles), both times I visited I was met with smiles and a friendly demeanor by their cashiers. The location is a bit difficult to get to if you are traveling from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge as you have to make a u-turn on the parkway and then try and turn into the driveway while cars block entry as they wait for the adjacent light to change. As for the complaints about the food, I wouldn't know as I would have no desire eating at a gas station.”

We came back looking for Tim, one of the employees. He’s super funny and we really enjoyed talking to him so we made this our gas station spot lol. “It's a good size convenience store, the have a good variety of products and not bad prices, it's in a very convenient place where all the touristy area. Not a lot of parking spots, but still not bad at all, you can see a lot of customers in here, it doesn't feel like a shady area. Gas prices are very average.”
