“I placed a pick up order today 1/15/23 and they marked me out on one item and had me picking up one item in Springfield and one item in Ashland city . When I arrived at the Ashland City store I found all items there and I was really upset that I had one item pending in Springfield and one item there and one item marked out but the manager Kimberly that was there calmly deescalated the situation and helped me to resolve it . I usually spend no less than 40 a week here and often times more. .Customer service like Kimberly provided is very important to keep customers like me coming back . She should be commended as well as the young man who was helping her . It was very much appreciated on an already stressful day . Thank you”
