“This group of employees has consistently impressed me. From day one as a new customer to the next dozen times I’ve walked into the lobby, they have recognized my face, sometimes using my name. I don’t go into this bank often, maybe every few months. Where does that kind of personalized customer service happen anymore? Twice this year, and three times last year, an employee has said something along the lines of, “I remember you were in here a bit ago, working with (so and so) can I help you finish what you were working on?” Strong work, team!”

“I would have closed my account today if it wasn’t for Tiffany Hawkins saving the day. Tiffany knows how to get stuff done & how to not be ridiculous.
The one with black/dark hair in glasses with the bad attitude (who smacks her lips too much) at the drive thru is nothing close to useful though… & lacks the basic capabilities to keep work flow simple. This lady was also not able to find my account/verify my identity even after giving my social security, birthdate, full name, etc. And with a shriveled up, prune faced scowl- demanded me to come in because “there’s nothing she could do for me.”
So I went in, found the lady who knows how to do her job flawlessly & who was happy to help (Tiffany), and I was in & out within 5 mins.”
