“There are 3 lanes, if someone is getting signed up and the gate is open, the other gates will not open until the lane with the Open gate pulls through. I have a membership and sometimes have to wit for the other person to pull through before the Membership gate opens. Also, the spray person who gets you lined up on the track, I wish they would also pr-spray the passenger side as well.”

“Brought my car there for the first time and was happy to use an actual touchless wash in Knoxville. It got the car clean, but not super clean. I did try the cheaper of the options. Will be back to try the more expensive one ($15) to see if there is a difference.”
