“Matlock Tire & Service very nicely fixed a flat tire I had because of a nail. Since I used to go to Discount Tires, I first took my car to them. The rep there tried hard for me to buy a new set of tires, despite my tire thread depth being about 7/32 inches. The nail was in the tread and the rep made the absurd claim that the nail was in the “wall.” At that point I asked Discount Tires (Farragut) to not fi anything and I came hone.
After searching for tire repair places online, I found Matlock. I made an appointment with them and they fixed the tire without any fuss. I asked the senior service tech there if I needed new tires. He took a look and said “no”. He said I should wait and if necessary get tires during Thanksgiving.
MATLOCK is a local, family owned business, and I’m glad I found them.”
“My car was there for collision repair, but then the insurance just decided to total it. And with the nerve racking headache it is to do all that is necessary for another car, King Collision was the best experience we had with anybody! They were excellent in keeping us informed twice a week, they were excellent at being inline with the insurance. They gave us great advise and was just overall a awesome place. I will recommend to everyone!”

I dropped my car off at Fisher in West Knoxville for an alignment after some front end work was performed by Autoworks of Knoxville (the best repair shop in Knoxville).
I left the car and called to pay the bill on the phone since I was going to pick up the car after closing time.
I was surprised to hear “NO CHARGE”. Why I asked? “Well when we got it up on the rack it didn’t really need an alignment. It was pretty close and we just tweaked it a little bit.”
They say Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. They could easily have charged me for an alignment that I didn’t need and I would have paid for it without question.
Other shops claim to be honest and choose names that imply they adhere to Christian values. Actions are more important than words. Fisher is the name that I remember for tires and service.”
“I usually buy new tires every March. The place I used prior closed to retire and the incoming company didn't honor old customers. My caliper went bad and ruined one tire that I replaced at the nearest used tire shop. I could tell it looked bald so I knew it needed replaced again anyway.
I had a puncture in another tire, the hole was too big and it didn't plug well. It continued leaking air. This all happened December, 2 weeks before Christmas. I came in for the 1st time hoping to replace one and maybe replace the other in a few days. I worked directly with Frank, but I'm sure everyone is amazing. He done everything he possibly could to help me. In Christmas Miracle fashion, I'm leaving with both tires replaced and the peace of mind that my kids will be safe for the rest of the winter. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. They've earned a customer for life. I highly recommend.”

“A+ Service. Highly recoomend! Trustworthy, ethical and professional. Efficient and effective. A few months ago I found the perfect basic shop truck. A 20 year old Ford Ranger with only 100k miles on it. Only problem was the suspension was totally shot and it needed tires. I took it in to get new tires, struts and an alignment. The shop manager actually grabbed on of his techs from the back and we all went over it in the parking lot together. Once they got into the job the team found multiple issues and informed me immeadiatly even sending me some pictures. They communicated clearly and I felt the price was fair so we got everything dialed in. It drives like a new vehicle. They replaced a bunch of bushings, connectors and stuff and made a huge difference. The allignment is dead on. Everything feels tight and right and I couldnt eb happier with it. We have put a few thousand miles on it already and its a treat. Thanks guys!”

My car broke down and overheated, and AAA towed my car there. I was very nervous because you never know if you're going to come across mechanic with good intention or not.
Ned was highly knowledgeable, and very helpful and an ethical individual.
He took great care of my car, solved the issue right away, and was very honest, and very well priced.
I'm a person who always wants to shop around to find a well reviewed handy individual. So I felt very lucky to have landed in his shop, considering the circumstances.

“I work 2 doors down from them and occasionally cart some wheels and tires over to them to get mounted and balanced, these tend to be nice and expensive aftermarket wheels, sometimes with stretched tires. They work fast and they are careful and respectful with them everytime, from one small business to another I really appreciate what they do.”
