And with the nerve racking headache it is to do all that is necessary for another car, King Collision was the best experience we had with anybody! “We had a wonderful experience today at the Walker Springs location. I called ahead to see what the wait was and to ensure I had the correct address. I hope I get this right, I’m horrible with names. I think his name was Ethan. Answered the call. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that he would be on the lookout for my car and he did. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us. We went in for an alignment but my car needed 2 new tires. I had planned on getting them elsewhere after calling around for prices. However, Ethan worked with us and was able to get us affordable tires so that I could drive away safely. He made sure to mention that safety was their top priority. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. They were under construction and very busy but still managed to provide amazing customer service. AND it was pouring rain. Great job, team!”
“Tre was amazing. I had a screw stuck in my tire and barely made it into Tire Discounters. Not only was he able to fit me in right away, he had me up and going in no time. They were highly recommend from someone who told me they were great.

“Had a fantastic experience here yesterday. I’ve been using Discount Tire for years, but this was my first visit to this location… and it’s the best I’ve ever been treated. Had a flat in a tire, and found a screw buried deep between the middle tread. I’d previously bought my tires from a different Discount location. They got it permanently patched and installed in less than an hour, no appointment. Cost me not a dime. I was also given a status update on where I stood with all my tires and advised I was good to go for a while longer. Super friendly employees, was met out at my car by a gentleman as I pulled up, and the guy who brought the car around after the repair made sure I was happy before sending me on my way. I appreciate you guys, and will definitely use this location for my next tire and certificates purchase.”

“A+ Service. Highly recoomend! Trustworthy, ethical and professional. Efficient and effective. A few months ago I found the perfect basic shop truck. A 20 year old Ford Ranger with only 100k miles on it. Only problem was the suspension was totally shot and it needed tires. I took it in to get new tires, struts and an alignment. The shop manager actually grabbed on of his techs from the back and we all went over it in the parking lot together. Once they got into the job the team found multiple issues and informed me immeadiatly even sending me some pictures. They communicated clearly and I felt the price was fair so we got everything dialed in. It drives like a new vehicle. They replaced a bunch of bushings, connectors and stuff and made a huge difference. The allignment is dead on. Everything feels tight and right and I couldnt eb happier with it. We have put a few thousand miles on it already and its a treat. Thanks guys!”

Ned was highly knowledgeable, and very helpful and an ethical individual.
He took great care of my car, solved the issue right away, and was very honest, and very well priced.
I'm a person who always wants to shop around to find a well reviewed handy individual. So I felt very lucky to have landed in his shop, considering the circumstances.

“I work 2 doors down from them and occasionally cart some wheels and tires over to them to get mounted and balanced, these tend to be nice and expensive aftermarket wheels, sometimes with stretched tires. They work fast and they are careful and respectful with them everytime, from one small business to another I really appreciate what they do.”
