My only advice is maybe try to give your eta a little earlier and mention your payment methods earlier. I had to use mobile mechanic because my car was totally dead. Would use again”

“The owner of this place is an amazing woman named April! Her staff were great too! I had gotten a flat tire downtown Knoxville and I was freaking out, I had my son with me and really not much money at all. April came to where I was and aired up my tire so we could make it to her shop, we had to stop halfway to air it up again and she did everything with such a friendly attitude. Once we got to her shop a couple of guys came out right away and had my tire off in seconds. They said the hole was too big to plug and I could not afford a new tire so they sent me 30 seconds down the road to get a used tire and they made sure that place gave me a great deal on my used tire!!! They were fast and very friendly and helped me out so much today and would not take a dime from me. I definitely recommend them... Good, genuine people are so hard to find in this world. Thank you again April, you were my Angel today ❤️”

“This company is really great! My RV was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours while Progressive tried to get me a truck. No one was available. But the highway patrol called these guys and they were there in 30 mins. He was kind, respectful and helpful. He recommended a place to get the RV looked at which was right near the hotel we got to stay at and he took us there and allowed us to get our stuff out that we needed. He even called the guy at the repair shop and told him our situation. The tow guy even shared about how he works for an amazing guy and it is a great job. If you ever need a tow in the Caryville, Knoxville area... contact Lowes. (Oh and they were half the cost of other towing companies)”

“Collins Wrecker service has saved us on multiple occasions. They were quicker than expected, professional, careful and knowledgeable. The vehicles I had towed were AWD/4WD and they appropriately towed them. One of my vehicles was a lowered sports car and they especially took care while attaching the vehicle to make sure no damage occurred.Quick, professional, priced right. Great company.”

He got it going on the spot and didn’t charge me a thing. Easily could’ve taken advantage of the situation. Definitely recommend Western Ave towing. Hard to find honest people in vehicle repair but Mr. Roger is a good one!”

“Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt.Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more.Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so.My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.”
