“I was convinced whoever tightened my lug nuts last used industrial gorilla glue and a dream, because they were stuck tighter than a cheap man holding onto his last nickel. Enter Dylan from Clinton Towing. He arrived so fast I thought he was telepathic, cracked those stubborn lug nuts like toothpicks, and swapped the tire out faster than a NASCAR pit crew on lap 200. I’m already back on the road and rolling smooth. Outstanding, fast, and friendly service!”

“Our alternator went out in our sienna. Instead of forking out money for a tow truck to haul it to an overpriced shop, David came out the very next day to diagnose the issue. He fixed it same day within a couple hours right in our driveway. Very convenient and very fair price. Will be using him for future needs.”

“Devon came out and rescued me the other day. He was quick to respond and efficient at his job. He even got me taken care of on getting new keys for the truck. If you want to be quickly taken care of and gotten back on the road this is the company to call. Ask for Devon and you will get to enjoy some eye candy at the same time!”

“Decent price for the sudden need for tow....and cheaper than any of the other quotes I had gotten. Payments are available for cash or card. My only complaint was it took a lot longer than expected for them to get to me. But the service was great. Loaded up my vehicle without a problem. Nice and secure. Dropped it off just as well. No issues at all. Felt bad it was in the rain but they handled it with no problem.”

“They were prompt (earlier than quoted as a matter of fact). The driver (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name because I’m terrible with them) was an absolute joy. He’d said that he knew when you called a tow truck that you probably weren’t having the greatest day and he always tried to make it a little better. And he did. So thank you again!”

“Highly recommend! Christy at Fountain City Wrecker took a stressful situation and made it much less stressful. Friendly and helpful even though it was late at night. Awesome to call and get a local person. Instead of a call center we got someone who understood our directions for pick-up. Highly recommend!!!”

“Had a dispute with one of the employees. it ended up being I was wrong. I acted like a butt and had to apologize, a poor apology but hey an attempt.Their toe fee they were charging me was $100. Not sure if that is standard but it's what I was getting charged. Actually it is a fair and resonable price others cost more. Also noticed while on their premiss they had lots of new equipment that was kept clean and presentable. They have what's needed to help you out if you get in an accident or need help in a ditch. They have the up to date equipment to do so.My apologizes guys rather I was right or wrong my actions deserve a correction and a apology.”
