I had such a great experience at CBD plus off of Tazewell. I have to give a special shoutout to Leslie for making it memorable. From the moment I walked in, the store felt welcoming and well-organized, with a calm vibe.
Leslie was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and offering thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Whether you’re new to CBD or a seasoned user, Leslie makes the whole experience feel personalized and approachable. She explained the differences between products clearly, answered all my questions, and even recommended a tincture that I enjoy so much.”
“This is the only shop I go to in all of Knoxville and I make sure to go when Josh is there, he's incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating always very patient when I'm being indecisive and makes sure I have products that I will be happy with long term! There's not many people in the vape shops that still remember and can talk about current and past products. Very difficult to find anyone with that kind of long term education about the industry! I hope he's with TN Vapor Factory for a long time!”
