They assured us they could get us back on the road and they absolutely delivered. They diagnosed and fixed the alternator and replaced the battery. After multiple passed tests the battery light was still on the dash so they took the extra time to test again and insure the new battery and alternator were in perfect condition. “I needed a hard to find battery for my BMW. I was able to walk in with my core, and I walked out with a replacement battery in a matter of minutes. The prices were good, and the people working there are very helpful. They only sell the batteries as they are the distributor. They do not install them. If you must have it installed, then you need to take some tool and install it yourself, or go to a place where you can purchase a battery and have them install it for you.”

“Made a mistake went to AutoZone with a friend which I never ever spend my money at because every time I do I get screwed. We ended up having to go to O'Reilly's so they could do right and what AutoZone did wrong. Always go to O'Reilly's unless you want to pay way too much for inferior car parts because that's what AutoZone sells. They've got great service at this O'Reilly's everybody's nice and never once have I had a problem. Can't say that for AutoZone after over 30 years.”
