“My mom and I were on a road trip passing through town when we had a battery light come on in our Sprinter van, after making 38 phone calls to find a mechanic who had the time and expertise to help us out we came across the fellas at Quality Auto and Battery. They assured us they could get us back on the road and they absolutely delivered. They diagnosed and fixed the alternator and replaced the battery. After multiple passed tests the battery light was still on the dash so they took the extra time to test again and insure the new battery and alternator were in perfect condition. “I called Battery Sales and Service one morning to get a USED battery and I go there 5 minutes later since it’s close to my home and I walk out with a brand new battery that was put in by one of the men there (maybe the owner or manager). They don’t even offer the service to put in new battery but he was soooo nice and did it in no time. He even Offered water and made me feel like I had no more worries! This place and the people are amazing here and I definitely recommend going there for your battery needs! He was polite and told me other things I need to check out on my car, very informative! If I could rate 10 stars I would! I couldn’t thank him enough!”

“I needed a hard to find battery for my BMW. I was able to walk in with my core, and I walked out with a replacement battery in a matter of minutes. The prices were good, and the people working there are very helpful. They only sell the batteries as they are the distributor. They do not install them. If you must have it installed, then you need to take some tool and install it yourself, or go to a place where you can purchase a battery and have them install it for you.”

“Made a mistake went to AutoZone with a friend which I never ever spend my money at because every time I do I get screwed. We ended up having to go to O'Reilly's so they could do right and what AutoZone did wrong. Always go to O'Reilly's unless you want to pay way too much for inferior car parts because that's what AutoZone sells. They've got great service at this O'Reilly's everybody's nice and never once have I had a problem. Can't say that for AutoZone after over 30 years.”
