“Brandon took care of us and told us what OTC medicine we needed for sinuses. Not only did he do that, he also pulled up our prescription profile to make sure that it would not interact with any prescription medicine. I feel safe when Brandon and his team works. I was prescribed a medication about 1 months ago and had according to the hospital and my new PCP it not been for Brandon i would not be alive today to give this survey. If he ever leaves your pharmacy so will my family and I! His team is amazing!!! When he is not there the other pharmacist team can be rude, and want to show power and pride...He runs his team professionally, with integrity, kindness, and by the law. What you could do better is have the other team follow his example! The best tool you have for training others and growing your company is Brandon! DON'T YOU DARE LOSE THAT EMPLOYEE! There are 35 people in my family alone (not counting friends) that uses that pharmacy and we will all leave if Brandon and his team leaves. We feel safe because he is there!!!! We trust him more than any doctor! All his advice has proven to be correct!! Vanderbilt hospitals top brain surgeon (in which I have the documents) told me that Brandon is the reason that I am still alive today. May God Bless Him and You”

“This loves has a great coffee bar and more pumps than this little town can use, really. I was traveling through the early hours of the morning and the workers were very accommodating and welcoming. In fact I needed a lighter and the idiot I'm traveling with, sounds harsh but it's totally true, did not want to give me a light. So before I left I went inside and asked a cashier For a spark. Zach was the cashier that I asked and little did I know he does not smoke... Like a gentleman, he still helped me out when my own people would not. Zach was not only accommodating he was polite and charming and exactly why any girl would have needed at that time to feel less like someone dealing with traveling and the reality of life with the falling away of truth or support system or whatever it is that is supposed to be tangible. Anyways, if you get the pleasure of meeting Zack and you're someone who can truly appreciate compassion from another person or simply a stranger.... Don't hesitate to stop by the loves mentioned here and don't forget to say hi to Zach he is so good-looking and he will let you be so special nice to meet you Zach.”

“We have used CVS for 22 years and never had a bad experience. The Pharmacy team is second to none. In 2018, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. In 2022, my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. As our medication needs increased and became more complex, they almost always were able to meet the need immediately or in very short time. They showed compassion for our situation and always inquired about our health. My husband passed away recently and the outpouring of love from the Pharmacy team was appreciated..I especially want to thank Chelsea and Christie, Pharmacists, and Donna Bright, Pharmacy Tech.”
