I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but they were quick to discover any patterns in likes and dislikes that I had which made the process efficient. They also ensured my bridal crew had a great time while ensuring I remained the primary focus. This was a one stop shop where I found the perfect dress, tiara, belt, and veil. When my dress came in, they were able to complete all the alterations. They even offered to alter any of the bridesmaids dresses if needed, knowing that some of them were traveling to my wedding from overseas and wouldn't know what alterations would be needed until a week before.
