“I needed a wheel alignment after replacing shocks and springs on a Ford Expedition and also needed some work on the air conditioning. I called Zack to tell him what I thought I needed (wheel alignment, TXV and high pressure sensor). He scheduled me for the work and I am very impressed with his honesty, service and communication. Turns out my alignment was all in spec but I requested adjustment to the tow-in to improve it. Also, he let me know that the HPS was going to be labor intensive to replace and suggested just doing the TXV to see if that fixed the issue. It did. He saved me money by talking through the repairs and making good suggestions. I highly recommend this shop.”
