“My daughter came home from work with one of her tires absolutely shredded. We don’t have the tools to do it ourselves so after a quick google search, I called Shad and he came to our house to change her tire and assess for any additional damage. Before he put on the spare, he noticed it was low on air so he took it to the gas station to fill it up and check it. Above and beyond customer care!

“We've had our Explorer and our Lightning truck serviced at CB. The office staff and shuttle drivers are genuinely nice people. Great people, great service. Mechanic wise we've experienced ups and downs. We understand mistakes happen. To their credit CB didn't make excuses and gladly made things right at no additional charge. Hopefully this holds true today for one of those unexpected return visits. I'll post the results when they're finished.”

They told me it was a pressure issue because the oil level was low which set off the code. Added oil and sent me on my way free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find honest people!!”

We were a mile from the Murfreesboro store so stopped and they immediately replaced both bulbs & reset a tire sensor... all 15 minutes before they closed. So here's the deal with these guys: they may be pricier because their mechanics are SPECIALISTS with imports (which means they know what's going on with YOUR CAR... the more complex makes), but they are the most HONEST, considerate, and kind mechanic shop out there. The customer service (JORDAN!) has single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. If you drive an import- these are the guys to bring it to.”

Kevin, the service advisor was optimistic, and sent me a reasonable, fair estimate, and clearly explained the immediate issues that needed to be addressed. He was very kind, and understanding.
Car was fixed much sooner than I expected.
Greg, the owner went the extra mile; he noticed the warm air blowing out of my A/C vents, and had it nice and cold before I drove off. I didn’t even have to ask.
So thankful I’ve found a reasonable, trustworthy, and reliable repair shop in my area. Best of all, they’ve got me driving my car again!
