the shittiest customer service ever, the whole place got rearranged and the workers don't even know where they're at, the customer service counter was rude as fuck

DO NOT USE the Rockwood Walmart auto center! I bought from them and had them install two batteries. They dented my quarter panel and broke a ground cable on my truck. When I complained they told us they could not confirm it with there cameras so we were out of luck.

I was on 40W & no other drug store was near by for Allergy medication. Luckily I found Walmart & was able to buy what I needed & Mr. John wearing a yellow Walmart coat rang me up. Thanks for the great customer service Mr. John .
