“Pulled my 2002 Quantum GL "Fat Melba" out last Saturday to get her ready for a scheduled trip and found a wheel issue.
I was afraid she was a gonner!
I messaged Todd at Bushtec, who called me back on Sunday which was impressive!? Thankfully, he said it was totally repairable!
So, we loaded her up and made the 17 hour trip to their shop from Fort Worth, TX to get repairs done. They got us in and out in 3 hours!
Jimmy at Bushtec did a full triage, surgery, gave her new tires said "Fat Melba" was just like a new trailer again. 3 hours! I'm just amazed, greatful and totally blown away at their service!
I can't say enough good things about Todd and Jimmy at Bushtec Motorcycle Trailers! You absolutely don't get service like that anymore!”

“This scrapyard is similar, but cheaper than Pull-A-Part wayyy out in east Knoxville. You bring your own tools, pick and pull what you can, and checkout at the office. They don't care about nuts, bolts & bulbs, but I don't recommend swiping from them either.

They are limited by whatever gets dropped off and there's some common models from the 70's & 80's. Looking inside from the front, the Asian models Nissan, Toyota & Honda's are on the left side. Amercian Ford, Chevy are in the middle-ish. And European models: VW, BMW & Audi are on the right.
They also take scrap aluminum cans for some cash. I think the rate was about $1 per pound.
They didn't have my '08+ Camry, so I'll hafe to look elsewhere, but the staff is awesome.”
“I had to get some paint work done on my car this week after a minor accident, and I’m REALLY glad I chose this place. The entire experience was professional. The person who helped me (possibly the owner) was very respectful, clearly very experienced, and super knowledgeable. My car is metallic black with a hint of dark blue, and I was a bit nervous at first because the other paint shop in Knoxville (which my insurance suggested) didn’t even understand the color. But he instantly recognized it, and they matched the paint perfectly! My car is a 2024 hybrid with a bunch of sensors, and he clearly knew what he was doing when it came to newer hybrid models. So if you’re worried because your car is newer or a hybrid, don’t be.
The work was done quickly, and the quality of the repair was excellent. This is an honest local business that I 100% recommend to anyone needing paint work.”

I wrecked my motorcycle and before I could get back with my truck to pick it up the cops reported it abandoned and had it towed. Less than 2 hours.
With my past experience with towing I was expecting huge fees and to have to jump through hoops to get my bike back with it probably damaged from the tow.
But they were friendly and helpful, the fee wasn’t too bad, and they took care of my bike.”

“My family was driving through Clinton Tennessee. On our way home when our large, heavy duty trailer tires blew out on the right side. We were three hours from home on a Saturday night with very few options. Walmart did not have the trailer size tire in stock but Michael was so helpful.
Despite being very busy, Michael helped us and moved the tires around so we could get home safely 3 hours away.

For at least the last 6 months I have been more than happy with the staff and service. Hopefully this trend continues for a while.”
