Especially on a 4x4 vehicle. 2 tires & alignment done for $288 !”

“My car was damaged from a large semi truck tire shred (gator) in October 2022. I took it to Kitts for repairs, unfortunately due to unavailable parts, it took awhile to get the parts that was needed. I was getting very impatient. Eddie worked with me and was very patient with me ( I can be a handful when it comes to my stuff), he assured me that my car will be perfect once we got the parts. Well, it's June 2023, I was able to finally get my car in and repaired. Eddie was right! It was perfect!!! Thank you Eddie, Donnie, and all his crew! All of you were great and easy to work and talk with!!! Kitts paint and body shop is highly recommended by this girl!!!!”

“I had just had my oil changed in Maryville at a Valvoline Quick Stop. As I was driving north all my lights came on for low oil pressure, etc. I pulled into the Advanced Auto Parts and asked for help. Two gentlemen came out to help me. Matt checked my oil level which was just barely on the dip stick. I bought 4 quarts of oil from him and he filled my car with 2.5 quarts. He listened to my engine for a ticking sound which would indicate damage. Matt went above and beyond his duties and thankfully I met him! I am not ever going back to Valvoline and I am super appreciative for Advance Auto Parts in Clinton and especially Matt!!”

Every time I go in to Advanced or Autozone, they make it seem like such a burden to give any semblance of assistance.At this location, the staff doesn’t seem bothered by assisting or guiding! Everyone from the workers to the manager are exemplary.I’ll probably be visiting more often since I feel encouraged to get things done on my car. My limited knowledge doesn’t make me feel unwelcome here!”
“Jeff!!!!! The BEST!! We came down to Norris lake and our Tritoon wouldn’t start. Spent two hours at the marina, couldn’t fix after troubleshooting multiple issues. Called Advanced Auto Parts in a panic!! This was our week long vacation with family on Norris Lake. We were transferred to Jeff immediately, he said to bring it on in. Fixed the issue within 3 mins. “I placed an order recently which was received in just a few days. One large mistake in the order however, I was billed for correct part SKU: 99702000 (Bike Side 4’ Harness w/black and white plug for $44.99) but received SKU: 99701000 (Bide Side 6” Pigtail for $19.99).Can't seem to get anyone to return my call or respond to an email. Tried to call and leave a message today but the mailbox is full.I have heard great things about the support and the motorcycle trailers. Those stellar comments steered me toward purchasing a used Turbo+2 that I can't wait to start pulling behind my Goldwing! I really hope we can get this corrected soon.Update Sept 12, 2023:I reached out to another number listed under the contact section and was able to get everything corrected! They drop shipped the correct part and I received it within the week! They explained that there had been some changes within the group because of a recent retirement which likely caused the mix up. I asked if they wanted me to send the pigtail back and he said to keep it for the frustration.Although it took some time due to a separate issue with the sub-harness which was corrected by reaching out to Electrical Connection directly, I am very happy with the outcome and the immediate help once I got someone on the phone! The Pigtail keep also helped with the troubleshooting.The trailer is awesome, and we are looking forward to our trip this week. When or if it ever comes time to upgrade, I will be reaching out again!”

Not only did they get us in for a diagnosis immediately, they told us the vehicle was safe to keep driving, ordered the part we needed, and fixed the car on our way home from vacation. Most dealerships in the area were backed up 3 weeks but they took care of us. The staff at Rusty Wallace were so friendly, accommodating, and provided great service with professionalism. “I had a slow leak tire and was told it could not be repaired. This was over a year ago, today I decided to upgrade the slow leaky tire and replaced it at Walmart. The staff was super friendly, had Sunday morning hours(even on Easter) and I was in and out within an hour.”

“I've always used Advance as my "go to" auto parts store. There have been times though that I would not visit this location because of the lack if customer service and knowledgeable staff. For at least the last 6 months I have been more than happy with the staff and service. Hopefully this trend continues for a while.”
