I scheduled the appointment for today (on a Wednesday morning) with my form already filled out online and all other documents ready. If you have trouble loading the screen to book an appointment on the post office's website, pull up the same website on your phone (thank you for that tip, Reddit!). The postal worker, Troy, did a wonderful job of helping me prepare everything for my passport. He was very friendly and knew exactly what to do. Thank you for making this so easy!”
