“Called about some parts and told them I'd be in later that day. When I got there the parts are at the counter waiting for me paid and was able to get out of there and very quick timing”
“I drove from North Jackson to the Savannah location. Staff was very helpful on the phone and when I arrived. The young lady working went and put a couple different options of what was needed at the counter for me. Am very happy customer, she made my son's Christmas and for him to be able to do well in his classes with taking the time to help me.”
“Swung by Savannah Lowes to exchange a defective hose. Couldn't locate the same hose for an exchange. Asked an employee named Sam if he had any in stock. Sam checked on his handheld scanner and said they did. Sam took me out to the garden area and directly to the hose I was looking for. Sam came thru for me AGAIN ! Sam has always gone above and beyond when it comes to assisting me locating a product, and to once carrying out 30 bags of mulch and loading it in my truck. This guy is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.

“I went to 3 other places in town to find fittings for a pump and everyone said they didn't have what I needed and I asked suggestions for solution and they all said I can't help you.I went to Ace and Mike helped me look and they didn't have them either but...Mike helped me for 20 minutes until we found a solution and he found all the fittings needed to fix my problem.
